Maintaining the Catalina for future generations to enjoy is an expensive operation. We greatly appreciate any financial help that you're able to provide.

The Catalina undertakes a submarine bombing mission (tongue-in-cheek reenactment) during its display at the Classic Fighters 2003 airshow held at Omaka Aerodrome, Blenheim, New Zealand.

This is a short movie showing the Catalina operating on both land and water.

The land based takeoff and landing sequences were filmed at Napier (New Zealand), while the water sequences were filmed at Taupo.

Cruising over the Hauraki Gulf (Auckland, New Zealand).

This video is included on the Historical Aviation Film Unit's Catalina DVD (albeit with a different musical background). All music tracks on the DVD can be turned off so that you can listen to just the sound of the aircraft if you wish.

The Catalina does a couple of flybys and then gracefully lands at Hood Aerodrome in Masterton.

The Catalina is shown here during its display at the Classic Fighters 2001 airshow held at Omaka Aerodrome, Blenheim, New Zealand.

A short trailer for the Catalina Video Scrapbook DVD produced by the Historical Aviation Film Unit, showing a variety of the scenes you'll find on the 135+ minute disk.
